Danny Boyle talks about a “Pixarification of movies”:
“You can see what’s happened with movies… is what I call a kind of Pixarification of movies. Pixar makes great movies, don’t get me wrong, they are very sophisticated storytellers. So much so that you have to litterally pull your socks up, you can’t compete with them, they’re so brilliant.
But they are family-friendly.”

Re-Mission 2 Trailer
How Do You Fight Cancer?
(by HopeLabFoundation)
Re-Mission 2 is a collection of online games that help young people with cancer fight their disease. Each game puts players inside the human body to defeat cancer, using weapons like chemotherapy, antibiotics and the body’s natural defenses. The games are designed to motivate players to stick to their treatments by boosting self-efficacy and positive emotions and by shifting attitudes about chemotherapy.
Both scientific studies and qualitative user research conducted on the original Re-Mission informed the design of each Re-Mission 2 game. HopeLab also worked with young people with cancer at hospitals to develop every aspect of Re-Mission 2.
